====== Video Data Systems CG840 ======

The CG840 was the most advanced in the 800 Series. It offered genlock functionality, but was otherwise identical to the CG830. Like the CG830, the CG840 also saw usage in Emergency Alert System installations, more often at television stations due to the genlock crawl capability.
